Solar entrepreneur sees sunny days in Greenwich - Moore Energy LLC, the company that President Barry Alan Moore started four years ago in a barn in Pennsylvania, is looking to capitalize on Connecticut's incentives for using solar energy systems.

All the incentives created by various government agencies to make green energy affordable simply mean that the person or firm installing them are being incentivized by money taken from everyone else.  Even renewable energy credits are a fabrication that adds to everyone else's cost of power to pay someone for investing in something that is uneconomical.
