From history of this effect. In 2000, I have sent the letter to Ford Motor Company with the description of technical possibilities of electrohydrodynamics. Ford has kindly answered me that experts of the company will study and will estimate effect.

(The letter from 07. 24. 2000, ND No: 12074) it is possible that the main letter has got lost in the claim of mail of Russia … Then me it interested a little. I worked over the first part of the theory «Modulation of electric charges» and ahead was Noah.

Now, when the basic theoretical part is finished, it is possible to return to this effect:

The practical part of development of technology of modulation of electric charges opens new possibilities for preservation and manufacture of alternative energy sources.

In particular, processes of reorientation of the module of charges allow to use and accumulate energy almost simultaneously. Functional division of elements of storage batteries with use of intermediate elements of the module. These processes translate energy allocation in its accumulation. The resource of use of storage batteries as a result increases.

The main principle of the maintenance of the module of electric charges is adequate to a biological principle of a molecular structure. Only in case of the electric module, formation of structure of the maintenance and its decomposition occurs instantly. Thanks to a charge component, the module can increase and be reduced in the established environment.

Way of creation of electrohydraulic pressure in the closed volume.

The way concerns hydrodynamic processes of a technological origin. The mechanical devices creating various pressure in gas and liquid hydraulic systems are widely known. Practical expenses for manufacture and use of hydraulic installations are known. For example, for rotation of the hydraulic engine of the established capacity, it is necessary to support constantly working pressure and the expense of a working material. Further, hydraulic devices concern production of exact mechanics. Hence, operation of hydraulic systems constantly needs in preventive and corrective maintenance.

It is necessary to note low efficiency of working designs of piston and deep hydraulic engines. In turn, the reliable, hydraulic pump of cogwheels, can't work without an additional drive of rotation.

The technological result of the invention consists in creation of a way of reception of pressure, free presence from necessity of a constant mechanical drive.

The offered way of creation of necessary hydraulic pressure in the closed volume of a working material is reached by polarization of electric charges as a result of this action there is an expansion of a working material to necessary pressure.

Polarization process creates an impulse of the category of the electric module of a working material. Advantage of the given hydraulic process consists after pressure use when, a working material gets the initial condition.

From the description of a declared way it is visible that hydraulic pressure can be received not mechanically. This action of electric pressure.

The features uniting the declared way and a prototype:

The features dividing the declared way and a prototype:

- Absence of additional volumes of a working liquid.

- Absence of hydraulic pumps.

- Absence of a drive of rotation of hydraulic pumps.

- Absence of constant hydrodynamic pressure.

Application of a declared way of creation of electrohydraulic pressure.

The offered way can be used in the impellent mechanics in the form of a drive of rotation of variable force. Advantage of the given rotation it is absence of fuel system and dead points.

Work of the prospective engine occurs from pressure action through the valve which makes hydraulic blow for rotation of cogwheels. The closed hydraulic system allows to circulate with pressure difference, establishing a cycle of process of rotation. The prospective hydraulic impellent mechanism can be a drive of rotation of independent generators of an electric current.

The invention formula

Way of creation of electrohydraulic pressure, without changing hydrodynamic properties in the closed volume of a working material, with the subsequent change of working pressure, in the course of its decrease and the increase, different that, necessary working pressure is formed at the expense of the established module of electric charges of a working material.
