Result of this electric conductivity – progressive allocation of heat. This free heat for the additional thermal power station established in the general scheme of an electrical supply. The additional thermal power station restoring inevitable losses, excluding electric power over-expenditures.

Simply to establish in a distributive network a thermal power station of pure ecological fuel.
