It not the theory. It is practice. One of ways of reproduction and conservation of energy.

We speak about new distributive systems and new technologies. This roller only one year, but is a lot of years  the electric scheme. Surprisingly, but here a small rating. (?) So, what the simple electric scheme and a bulb 100W hides?

There are no questions. Surprisingly.

Unlike the known electric active resistance, the given kind of fuel possesses unique properties of static electric resistance.

In the usual consecutive electric scheme, it is known by everything, all chain will depend on the greatest resistance. But only, not in a case with offered fuel. (!)

It is technology of modulation of electric charges. Where advantage?

The fuel element can work in the scheme of any industrial capacity, without changing the established parameters of the electric power. It is a usual electric conductor. Yes. But? Result of this electric conductivity – progressive allocation of heat. This free heat for the additional thermal power station established in the general scheme of an electrical supply. The additional thermal power station restoring inevitable losses, excluding electric power over-expenditures.

Simply to establish in a distributive network a thermal power station of pure ecological fuel.

You easily estimate project cost, having learned about the cost price offered technology. My participation in this project it only technology granting.
