			<description>This movement from a blank leaf to knowledge. At this stage the author has left physics to physicists, chemistry to chemists. The mathematical table of chemical elements and their isotopes became practical result of the given position. Numerical dependence of elements has defined essentially new dependence of distribution of known elements. 
Unlike Mendeleyev&apos;s table, the offered mathematical table has the closed cycle from Hydrogen to Hydrogen. It is characteristic that the new sequence well explains power transitions between stable kernels. It not physical, but functional feature of each element, its occupied position in a general series.
The made functional definition allows to allocate the taken elements with various physical properties and characteristic for their designation. The offered logic submits to the functional maintenance of an element.
In turn, the concept ? function, doesn&apos;t concern a concrete element, but comprises physical components for formation of the future element.
Thus, mathematical definition allows to reveal the functional module of the maintenance of the future element. And it is our energy!  
Practical application of this data is used in technology of modulation of electric charges. Unfortunately only electric charges, instead of nuclear synthesis. In this case, the offered theory confirms possibility of stabilization of a radioactive waste in the existing modernized reactors.</description>

	All our history is continuous process of consumption.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Our organism constantly demands consumption of food, air, water, comfort.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; We earn money and we spend them for the requirements.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Our car consumes fuel and constantly needs fuel.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Consumption of energy develops our unlimited requirement to unlimited opportunities.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	What will we do when we will lose control over consumption? Whether the requirement can disappear?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	In the nature there is an answer for this question. These are live organisms.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	It is natural that the person will disagree with a limited condition of an organism of a bear or a camel.&amp;nbsp; These animals can long be without food.&amp;nbsp; These functions don&amp;#39;t satisfy human consciousness. Developing the requirements, the person learns algorithm of a being of the requirements.&amp;nbsp; This algorithm is in a basis of a genetic type of all wildlife.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	On a photo:&amp;nbsp; the test &amp;ndash; the engine working at the principle of algorithm of reduction of requirements.&amp;nbsp; It is practical model of single-phase structure of an one-act genetic cycle.&amp;nbsp; In a popular statement of classical physics this concept can be presented as the variable function being in single volume.&lt;/p&gt;

The working moment of transition of difference of pressure between volumes of working liquid is carried out through cogwheels. Unlike a rotor, cogwheels can have more periods in the course of distribution of difference of pressure in the rotation center with advantage of development of inertia of rotation.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; In inertial rotation, difference of pressure keeps the action in balance of ratios of weight of rotation and the period of difference of pressure between two volumes without participation of imitation of a single charge.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

The number of degree of freedom is the basis of number of a nucleon. But, value of the number forming a chemical symbol, can be used in value of function of a proton or a neutron.
