I did not copy these words exactly, but you know what they are. 

The "negawatt" stuff came from Amory Lovins 30 years ago.  It is BS, and energy professionals know it.  That does not mean that energy conservation is wrong.  It is the too clever punch line that is wrong.

And as for the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics, Yes, we know about it, but the ad placer obviously got it fed to him.  Maybe by Dan Reicher?
