The article comng out of Software companies are atrocious at best and devoid of practices in Power sector. They just want to sell their services. Whi wants such complicated  definition of Power exchange. Thee are standard  metering procedures etc for such exchange.Lot of powwer changes hands in India Itself.Has the author  ever particpated in any?
