Lika Pika is a chain of business model built by  Indian style you know what business  managers. The idea is to take the contract by hook or crook, subcontract it to company A, who gives it to company B , who ives it to Company C , Who gives it to Company D, Who gives it to Company E, who finally sets up group of four or five lads in Underwear and Vest to implement the project.In other words the final one is really  having no money to implement the project .The money is all gone in the pockets of these Lika Pika companies

It is typical of Business model of Govt contracts.In recent days lot of such lika pika companies are being unearthed in Health/ Food grain/ Telecom and now it is the turn of Power sector to discover them
