sensors that are  able to check the disorganization in operation  rapidly will be key to the success of smart grid.They not only need to communicate with Machines and control centers but also in a simple format with humans. Power system are essebtially cybernatic in character  and hence tuning of the devices will require human intervention , autromation of  this  function will require developing technologies that are more advanced than they are presently . At present modelling of the systems states can be acurate within 10 % of the real situation as it may develop.This means all smart grid systems must have this reserve to be successful.In large systems this will be very substantial investment.However developing models which can lower this margin require far better sensors than at present infact atleast having much faster and accurate data collection and communication considering that there is no limitation in processing.
