I am an Illinois farmer who is being affected by the Rock Island Clean Line.

This is not my first right of way situation. Growing up and to last year I have seen 3 pipeline and 1 powerline come through are 2 fields.

Before that my grandfather and great grandfather have had to other pipelines come through the farm.

I have never seen such a poor proposal and business plan and the RICL. I have never opposed a right of way. Sure there was negotiations, but this is a flat out opposition.

I intend to fight RICL and BLOCK RICL.

This is the new fight in America's Energy War.

About Stop Rock Island Clean Line

America's Energy War has a new front. Rock Island Clean Line proposes a 3,500MW powerline from northeastern Iowa to just outside Chicagoland in Illinois. As a resident of Illinois I oppose this powerline for several reasons. This blog's purpose is to post my opinions about this powerline and the tactics used by Clean Line Energy. I support BLOCK RICL.
