Shame on me, I missed the blog’s first birthday!  Personally, I can’t believe I’ve been writing blogs on human resources and benefits ideasfor an entire year (and that I still have any topics left at all).  So I thought I would use this post to thank our readers, whether you come directly to the site or view it on Energyblogs, Energy People Connect, or SHRM Connect.   Cheers to you!
