Rather than re-invent the wheel, I thought I would share some good articles on Health Care Reform.   Plus, some places to find the information you will need.  Check out these three references:

1.      Here is a great timeline from SHRM on Health Care Reform.  It starts in 2010 and includes important dates and details through 2018. 

2.      Need the history?  Check out a recent story from The New York Times – Health Care Reform.

3.      Don’t stress, but don’t put this on the back burner.  Get started now with some tips from SHRMon handling health care reform in your company.

Remember to communicate with your employees.  They will need it now more than ever.  Health careis an important benefit to employees; they need to understand their benefits now as well as after the major changes take place.
