I am very happy to present the following progress report as the year 2013 comes to an end. The entries can be seen though the link Electricicity Without Price Controls Blog Index - 321 entries. Starting in September 2007, the EWPC Blog has organically accumulated those statitisitics , with an initial scope that has been continously refined and updated to emerge as a heterogeneous systems architecture where customers are able to mix a decreasing central station supply and an increasing self service in wholesale and retail markets designed to mutually reinforce each other.

The main difference between the lack of value creation by current industry models and the Value Added Electricity Architecture Framework (formerly EWPC-AF) is the potential availability of systemic leverage to raise the value of the power industry to a larger plateu, as Carlota Pérez discovered in her socioeconomic research of four preceding technological revolutions. The most recent version of the VAE-AF, that considers how it fits in the context to the whole socioeconomy can be seen in the paper A complete and fully functional electricity restructuring proposal that superseeds some of the earlier entries..
