Ice Power Plant - renewable or sustainable energy source?

The temperature of below –20 ºC may damage essentially any conventional Power Plant running in low or idle mode.
The power of ice used to destroy most of human made equipment that opposes it.
The ice explores an extreme power, which the man does still not harvest.

Heat and cold, wind and waves, all they source enormous power but how much we may count on it indeed.
Let’s compare the sources based on a squire mile installation of:
-    Solar Power Plant in Nevada/California desert
-    Wind Power Plant on North-East coast
-    Wave Power Plant in North Atlantic
-    Ice Power Plant in Alaska/north states.

Which one of above meant has the best power output?
Which one of above meant has the lowest energy demand in construction?
Which one of above meant may sustain to Climate change?

member photo What is the application and general design and could you use a concept of this in a hybird setting for extreme winter weather climates in the NE US, complimented with conventional generation in the swing months....the process and control for this with a source of dumping and hauling snow versus other fueld sources would and should be interesting. I would like to discuss further via email or phone at 919.624.9288 concerning conceptual design, capacity and foot print requirement.
