The findings are part of KEMA’s “End-Use Load Data Update Project” sponsored by the Northwest Power and Conservation Council’s Regional Technical Forum (RTF) and the Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnership (NEEP) Evaluation Measurement and Verification (EM&V) Forum.
