Mr. Buckley is an associate in Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP's Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office. He concentrates his practice in administrative and utility law. Mr. Buckley was Counsel to the Chairman of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission from 1997 to 2003. He was responsible for utility restructuring issues, legislative oversight, and liaison work with the Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland Independent System Operator. Mr. Buckley also served as an advisor for the National Infrastructure Advisory Counsel (Water Industry) established by President Bush under the auspices of the Department of Homeland Security.
